If we want to build a 20mill plant next year and the credit markets are not playing ball, we are looking at making over 8mill this coming year from Geelong of which 5 could go towards the US plant if we are frugal. We already have 9 and sounds like Tennessee govt chipping in as well, although only a few mill (3?) the rest in tax concessions etc. So your only going to need another say 3mill and we are getting 5mill from oppy conversion next year. The first USA plant? in the bag.

Even if we wanted to raise 10mill to start plant 3 preparation and we did it at $1 again - we would still be only 150mill shares and talking about owning without debt a 250,000T US plant making over 20mill pa and Geelong making over 8mill pa with another 250,000T plant on the drawing board.

Anyway you bake this cake its all multiples from here and feel comfortable despite the carnage on markets. It will still turn out to be a great investment at even silly discount ratios.
