It was good to have my enthusiasm for MHM expansion tempered by the reminders about IP in China. So I reckoned getting a better understanding of the current state of play on IP in China might help.
Things are progressing on the IP protection front in China. While not a market to rush into it appears the IP protection regime is improving.
With due caution we need to challenge our perceptions as things change and hopefully benefit accordingly.
