    Yeah i tend to agree, if management have a stake then it's their own money on the line as well.
    I'm sure they wouldn't be sitting on their hands if they have thousands of dollars invested in the company. They want to see the business grow exponentially as well.

    Big change takes time and almost never happens over night.
