I urge you all to join with me in voting against all proposals at the AGM. Particularly concerning the issue of more shares and offering a discount to the new CEO and so called sophisticated investors.
It is now time for the company to communicate with its shareholders about what is going on/plans/revenue, etc.
Contact them to voice your concern. They can not continue to ignore shareholders, its update time for them or upthedate time for them at the AGM.
We should be running at 3c + NOT 2c -
