    Anyone know how ordinary shares on the NASDAQ rather than having the ADR will impact things?

    THe company said the conversion to ordinary shares will take place automatically, but with PSD already being a level 2 ADR on Nasdaq that trades in real time, I'm not sure what other advantages the ordinary shares of Psivida will have.

    Anyone?
