Yes big changes will help PSDV stock.

Currently Citigroup charges a fee every time you transact in the stock being an ADR and then if you hold the stock every year they charge another fee !

So you tell me what the incentive of holding a share for $1 when it actually may cost you about 5 cents to buy / hold / then sell it - a larger cost than the brokerage !

This conversion will see many more people want to not only trade PSDV but also hold it !

Plus think about any good news will have a massive impact with the register being so tight - we will only have 18mil shares on issue with some 80% held by the top 20 !
