I would say that AXO will dominate the vanadium scene for the next few decades and put many out of business through indirect over-supply of vanadium.
PMA should be worried, not just about the technical problems with their low grade project but the long term vanadium price. I don't see much point in re-opening a project that may not be profitable for very long.
