Assuming there's gas in the well, how will the news be announced?

Will there be enough info for people to accurately value MEO or the other two local players, or will it take time for a picture to form?

I just think that a lower risk / lower reward strategy might be to wait for news of success (should it come), and then buy in (possibly at multiples of the current price) and ride the rerating train (ie major funds and investors in different time zones won't be as nimble as local small investors.)
