PBR may want a stand alone LNG plant but the WA Gov may not approv. I think Gov will want to go down the road of shared plants in areas and sites already running. Less hassles with greenies, traditional land owners and other hurdles means less political backwash.

Tassie Shoal cannot take Artemis feedstock due to distance but I think one of the major positives for Tassie Shoal is it dispenses with all the above hassles. If PBR cant have their Artemis LNG train in WA then they sell to WPL/CVX and buy up around Tassie Shoal. PBR did not come here to be a second rate player.
