Sounds like Andrew Bell (chair Red Rock and Regency) failed to ring hard enough to bring in the sheep and pay 0.15c a share, and instead went out to find them, crook in hand, at only 0.03c a share -- anyway, Regency get their cash now and 'boy-oh-boy' do they need it.
As 'illio' says though, "60m sold at 0.1c", and recent publicity by ENT, SIR and MAT may have made it a reasonable punt, not back to 0.2c however - so far.
What happens when the 1:30 consolidation occurs, will they trade at 3c let alone 6c a share?
If you don't mind a punt in the dark stock, as others drill all around your two large tenements, then it's lay your chips down: But no odds given for this skies 'no' limit share that's also a punt to nothing.
