i agree ram will be dead if it cant raise desperately needed cash. but how quickly they can put it into action and begin to see a positive outcome will be critical, if all they are woried about is directors fees and lackies milking whats left it will fall and fall hard. my concern is consolidation is to be done after cr, not a usual MO.
