How will the latest gov stimus help FLT, page-38

Ok, I said I thought you sounded like a smart guy - and that's what I meant. Just a little frustrated here. If the discussion about FLT's survivability and prospects (which is what ultimately leads to possible valuation) is not what this discussion is about, then I'm a little stumped as to what it is that we are actually talking about. The point I am trying to make here, is that the cash bleed is one component. Keeping the best employees on the payroll is the other. It means the best employees can be re-engaged if the bounce back occurs sooner rather than later, without it costing the earth in the interim. I'm not sure how else to say it.
