    I know from bitter experience that there is no such thing as a sure thing plenty can and does go wrong.

    Thats why you;ll never get rid of the word hope from many many stocks.
    But Rob is correct in saying that as time goes by and and project milestones are completed project risk is reduced, when that risk reduction is translated to the share price is a question for the market gods.
