Following some of the recycling newsletters in the US, there is huge money being thrown at the landfill problems by both companies that own the sites, counties and the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency).

I dont believe a cap raising will be required at all.
The intensity and scrutiny towards landfill at the moment in the US, would easily cater for funding / grants from Alcoa, SSC, the Tennessee County and the EPA.
Some of the recent cleanup figures I recall were $24 million and $50 million in either grants or charges to clean up existing land fills.

Part of the reason to commence the feasability study according to Frank at the AGM, was to investigate these incentives on offer by all parties to commence in their back yard first, compared to other locations.

We cant underestimate the attractiveness of our potential environmental impact on any given area or company, and their willingness to assist us to set up with their company and their local community first.

We just need to look at the community concerns over SSCs application for a new land fill site, and the court cases and community angst in trying to stop them.

We can fix that - What is that worth to all parties $$$$

I can imagine that we can go to any of the above and will have no trouible finding funding or parties that are chasing us and with the first site going to the highest bidder, so to speak (That is suitable to us).

I dont believe we need to listen to the naysayers that are amusing themselves by baiting the newer investors into doubting and double guessing their investment.

I have no doubt that long term holders are here for a lot longer yet, due to the compelling and exciting story that is unfolding.
