"If a new plant is going to be build with (SSC) where is the money going to come from??"

From last ann, 'Progressing discussions with State and Federal Governments for grants and concessions' or debt financing?

" if it is a grant from the State or local Government doe's any one know how it could happen?"

State or local government fund all the costs required for building the plant, and MHM will make regular repayment to the government from future revenues. (just guessing)
