Good Oil whilst I do like your comments at times I really think that any comment on the quantity of money to build is without any foundation , understanding and insight. The relative bargaining powers have changed as the landfill availability is becoming a problem. The recovery actually generates an income stream. The recyclers would probably want part ownership as a protection. The plants are probably more advanced than that at Alreco and there are too many permutations to consider. US Government has been funding and probably will continue a few green initiatives that can be trotted out there as good by all - This is clearly one of them.

As to a share price break -out this is still in a speculative phase IMO. That means it drifts lower on lack of news and either shoots up or down on announcements (the MHM management have kept a lid on the rumours to-date). I don't see any concrete announcement until end April IMO. You either believe or you dont.
