Hi guys, I know nothing is certain in this world but this looks like a sure fire winner to me. Just a question about the SPP. Is it first in, first served or will the scale back apply to everyone if the SPP is oversubscribed?
I'm tempted to put in $15,000 because I'm not sure how many I will get and I would like more than less. I'm worried if I ask for less then I will get way less.
Your thoughts?
