Yesterday was not the DFS, it seemed as if it was released to start the stage 1 financing.
My main take away was that is came across as they are trying to drive down the capital amount and is why they emphasised that this was peak inflation amounts but needed to release to unlock the financing component (the next 1/4 with prove or disprove this).
The first critical month is obviously it December, if we see more announcements during next month then the release makes more sense.
Basically, QPM has a challenge which the market will see if they can bridge or not. If I think optimistically, then the financing is a formality which factored in the capital expense. Pessimistically, the next 1 / 4 will demonstrate that the financing will be struggle.
