Well this share has been a rollercoaster, with a HUGE downhill section. I got suckered in to this too.
I realise the RE is winding this up. No doubt they want to see the back of it too, which creates fear in me that they will take the easier way out.
How do you see this ending? The RE sells the assets and gives it back to unit holders via distributions or buybacks and meanwhile the share price drops.
I've got hundreds of thousands of these frickin' units. I just don't know whether to sell some now as it's the best price it's been for eons..., or hold it for the distributions / buy backs.
Any thoughts?
