It's a good point because Cavico have an agreement to supply Vinfast with MHP for at least 5 years, they're producing it now. VinES needs cathode precursor though, Vietnamese Companies need this refinery and they need it soon. Ta Khao and this new project under acquisition in Canada will take longer to ramp up into production than the length of time BSX could get their product up to standard.
