Or given so much supply is coming from Canada and there is only 10 years of supply in Vietnam should the refinery be built in Canada instead? Another poster mentioned they saw a reference to there being rail lines into the gigafactories and battery plants in North America somewhere.on the presentation. Ecopro just signed a contract for NCA not NCM and that's likely for Tesla.
