well since you asked, last time this FDA decision was coming down the MESO price peaked at about $21 USD. That was on the likely possibility for approval. there's been some dilution since then, but the other trials have progressed so in my view that offsets the dilution. $21 USD MESO equates to about $6.22 AUD MSB.
