how will zhongjins 51% stake affect pem price?

Perilya (PEM) is trading at 15.5c today. The board's approved a deal to issue new shares to Chinese firm Zhongjin at 23c. A shareholder's meeting next month (& review by the takeovers panel) isexpected to approve the deal. This will give Zhongjin a 51% controlling stake in Perilya & in turn, Perilya will get rid of it's debt problems. Question; How do you think Perilya's share price will be affected, once the issue is finalised? What share price should one expect? birdie
