You are correct. I missed the word "Including".
So 30% gross return seems about right.
I will now follow with more interest but it will still be a very lengthy process to become profitable.
The only other stock which has a Build,Own and operate model that I know is Redflex.
I made good money in Redflex and even though the company installed many more camera's than expected they were never able to make the estimated profit per camera.
ERJ will have huge capital requirements and also lots of dilution along the way.
