Repeating myself I know...But once again....NO big settlement coming chm's way......conceded by chm that moneys in question were approx $270,000....Jack hills cost $11 mill approx..plus $50 mill in expenditure to prove up...percentage even under constructive trust if validated less than 1%......800 mill value (arguable) equalls $* million on a good day....maybe plus penalty another couple of mill plus costs...Forget completely all this nonesense of a 100 mill...Just not going to happen...Pipe dreams like this are just that...Reality check sorely needed by chm hopefuls...Not to mention contracts and agreements that would be in place with litigation funder....Bad news for chm hoders me thinks....
