    on the fronting the GG to form a gov. all one would need would be a spokesman with a list of signatures who say - we'll support supply. And that's it.
    I can't see that a PM is required at all.

    without checking, I'm not sure - but, I think a minister is necessary - again, I'm not certain and haven't got time to check today

    I think that one would be a large dud

    Imagine a random pick of parliamentarians as heads of departments - pffffffffffffft

    I don't mind sortition as a mechanism for picking reps etc - but, for specific roles - in departments --------- no, I can't see that working well at all.
