You deducted the cost of your deposit but I think you forgot to factor in all the repayments made over the 20 years in the calculations.
I like your post though. Agree in principle what our future could look like. My partner is currently seeing the benefits of iPPS so it doesn't get more in your face convincing than that. Thank you for shining a light on some of our options. It can be a bleak place when you don't see a path forward. It will be very interesting to see what they come up with.
