additional funding needs to dilute pr sufficiently to neutralise his influence,(acquire 70%of his holdings) create a hospitable environment for commercially oriented management not blinded by the magnificent science to speedily monetise the existing potential. rejigged it might allow another cash raise at rock bottom (ipo rates .30 or near)and assure 24 months of solid frugal funding which with some revenue rolling will ensure we get to the main game -- FDA appro and a global market
if the present mob don't do it some vulture will!!
