Step 1: Labor admits that it is not up to the task and steps aside.
Step 2: Costello becomes Prime Minister.
Step 3: Eliminate State payroll tax.
Step 4: Reduce the numbers of politicians across the Country.
Step 5: Convince people that the world does not owe them anything and that you have to get off your bum and work for it.
That will do nicely for starters.
