How would you improve the Australian tax system?, page-25

Hi Moon .
I'm a fan of a tiny 'turnover' tax on every monetary transaction in the economy.
Even the crims moving their money around through legitamate businesses would have their coin taxed.
Every dollar shifted off the countries books could be taxed on the way out and the same on the way in.
Not sure about administration of the idea but IMO it could work in the electronic age.
