Removing NG will not stop people investing in property.
If people who NGd sold their property it would be bought by another investor/ occupier the property wouldn't just dissapear.
Removing NG would not stop the building of new properties by developers for people to live in or purchase for investment.
The government would not need to supply more housing.
That's why your post made no sense.
