Effectively, what your saying, if you want to become rich, where going to fine you, penalize you, EVEN more.

This rubbish or blanket that appears to be thrown out there, that all rich people effectively buy their way around tax is rubbish.
The percentage that maybe doing that, I expect is very low.

The vulnerable people in society are everyone's responsibility, well anyone with a scrap of decency that is.
