Just returned from another country who don't tax tobacco as highly. Pack I used to smoke there was $3, here $30, similar differences in alcohol pricing. Don't get me wrong I am all for taxing them as discouragement but that is a crazy amount of money the Gov is pulling in, $27 per day per smoker, if that was directed straight into healthcare what a health system we would have.
