So there's 2 houses on Balama St..
First one has been sitting on the market now for a while. Second one is getting built.
First one has gotten an offer for 2 mill, second one is worth 100k.
Owners of the first one want more. No one is offering more because next door is much cheaper.
So what is the bidder to do....? Wait until the other one is finished? But that might mean there will be other buyers, and there'll be a bidding war.
Decisions decisions.
