"If evidence is tainted it's not good evidence" that's the view of the US Supreme Court and they ruled the first round of military tribunals illegal and now the rules have been reshaped to get under the radar.
"good evidence" and "credible evidence" I'm sure these words have different meaning to defense and prosecution attorneys.
