WA doesn't need any more Fed involvement, thanks. Some of the states suffer from their own success. Queensland has to accomodate large numbers of NSW and Vic retirees, who do not have to make a large cash donation for hospitals,dams , infrastructure on arrival. These retirees are a big load on hospitals. I can't see that Howard can help anywhere, poor track record.
