Whenver Howard is mentioned we get these uneducated types that attribute everything that goes well (ie interest rates, economic growth, unemployment, surpluses, prosperity, stability etc) to luck (wow 10 years of pure luck "plain sailing") and anythin bad to terrible government. Some of these posters assume that the commodities boom started 15 minutes after Howard took over - only 5 or 6 years out...
