what the hell would you expect from the howard years to not be in surplus.To keep it "k.i.s.s" if you have a house and do no maintenance on any aspect of it what so ever ,over 3 terms "WOW look how much money we saved , not like labour". Dont get me wrong these pubic serpents are generaly of the same cast but that is crap. Mining boom to prop up (hide)there propaganda which is well documented in even the general press ,but stupidly Australians forget to quickly ,and laugh it of as "thats what pollies do" haha. they keep their jobs regardless of what happens its not ther money. blahblah
