The rise could be more but the PNG elections are a key issue still as those that want to be elected into cabinet from the Highlands want there votes recognised and take there seats, if they do not get the recognition by 4 pm today from the Government they are threatening distruction in the Highlands where all the Oil and Gas is, lets hope they resolve this soonest, so traders are still wanting to get out at a good price for fear of trouble.
