bonzaboy, hicks may have done all of those things but he didn't break any Australian laws. So why is he languishing in an American jail with no charge, no trial and no support for his legal rights from his government? The govt has too readily traded Hicks' rights for their relationship with the Bush administration. It's disgusting and it's not a party political position to recognise that.
