How can 30% keep the West out? Even if 80%? There’s scope to expand and beyond SC6. If The company is looking at a hydroxide facility it could likely mean a JV is on the cards. The West is not kept out.
The Offtake has same standing as PLS’ in May 2017. Guess what, PLS did not get a mention on Ganfeng’s listing at the time, so no commitment?
