This is an ill-conceived idea if ever there was one and begs many questions like who looks after them while they're here? what about hostels? Medical exams for entry? How fast can they pick fruit and who pays if they're not productive?
My guess is that your average islander would soon find an easier way to make a quid than picking oranges not to mention a few hundred running rampant around Shepparton on Saturday nights bare breasted and pi$$ed up to the eyeballs! LOL!!
