    There is a reason big business's like Woodside, BHP, Rio Tinto, FMG and Chevron just to name a few don't push to open WA , it's because their assets are in remote areas with limited access to medical treatment with Royal Flying Doctors taking patients thousands of kilometres to the city. Also the people that work in these places stay in camps all commuting, living and eating together. I have seen some camps with over 12,000 people , enough to get a post code and police stationed there.
