Cerhob I must reject your suggestion that the asset is larger. The houses are the same as they were in the 80s, they just cost a whole lot more. I can remember paying around 17% interest on my two bedroom semi in Annandale, Sydney. The place was worth, I think $120,000. We sold it in 95 for around $400k. Now you tell me where's the value in that?
