chuck - you know I have a huge problem having sympathy for people who owe $400k on a million dollar house. Or for that matter who owe $200k on a $400k house.
Try as I may - it just won't come (the sympathy)
There was a thread earlier in the forum headed "I can't believe the libs are falling for this " or similar, and I couldn't agree more.
