something is wrong somewhere, but is it the system, or is it the people themselves that make buying a home so difficult. Out in regional areas of Victoria, young people have their choice of jobs and don't find it that difficult to put together a deposit and buy an affordable home, and thats single people. Married couples who both work are laughing all the way to the bank, nice house, nice car, holidays etc. How much longer is it going to take for all these people stuck in a rut, blaming someone else for their own predicament, to finally get the hint and decentralise. How else is the regional areas going to get workers unless they are forced out of their concrete jungles. There is a real life with a real future for those who twig.
