Why not just say...Jonny destroys HH's childrens dreams of owning a home.

The idea of a 7-10 grand grant tippling house prices since it's introduction is pathetic.

What is this rubbish perpetuated by the HH's?

Are these first home buyers in great enough numbers to effect the price of homes that are over 400k?
I think not.

Over that price bracket the grant is a contribution of less than 2.5%!

At some point the grant must be considered irrelevant.

10 grand for free only given to a percentage of buyers does not equate to 200, 300 or 400k in growth.

Look at higher wages, the investment factor, lack of land, low interest rates etc, before this 10k grant nonsense.

Just another HH piece of trickery imo.
