justify their salaries by going on about the hours they
work but these days most people work all the hours God sends, working Christmas day is no big deal
and probably on call 24x7 too. You could follow the
previous blokes strategies(nothing radical - just carry it on) - get paid a motza. You could have a gamble and
reorganise things(it's other people's money) - if it
comes off your a hero and get paid double motza - if you destroy the whole company you get paid off with a motza.
