Of course WEG want it - why would the company go to all the trouble of getting an independent report done to con vince shareholders they should vote yes to the " not fair " but reasonable offer of 50% for free for simply putting them in touch with a finance partner.
Deal of the century they cant be anything other than pissed they got punted on a tech breach.
