Good answer !

I agree that just watching the screen can be boring.
It can sometimes be like watching grass grow.

I don't inra-day trade shares very often as I tend to hold them for a while.

I do trade CFDs on the XJO almost on a daily basis both short and long, if the set up look ok.
Also occasionally trade some of the o/s indicies if I can be bothered staying up at night, and again if the set-ups look right.
